What does it mean to have a digital version of yourself? EFI serves as an approachable introduction to the idea of a digital human—how she lives, develops an identity, and interacts with the world. The project examines the growing urgency of understanding emerging technologies as they increasingly shape our daily lives. It questions how we access new forms of humanity, interaction, and technology that blur the boundaries between fiction and reality. EFI exists as a space to introduce and explore virtual bodies—both online and offline. For many, she represents a digital construct, but for some, she embodies a genuine presence with personality, perspective, and significance within their private lives.
