A reimagination of ISAMAYA’s iconic lip balm, this project explores the tension between cosmetic object and sculptural artifact. The familiar form is stripped back and rebuilt through precise material studies — cool chrome shells, translucent casings, and softly diffused cores — each variation pushing the product beyond utility into something almost ceremonial.
This ongoing visual research focuses on how light, surface, and composition can redefine product storytelling. High-contrast lighting and controlled reflections exaggerate the metallic weight, while softer setups reveal subtle textures and tonal transitions within the balm itself.
